Artist Statement
Cutlip is inspired by the things of the past, of the aged, and worn. He works in the moment and basis his work on the collection of found images. Cutlip's mixed media wood panels are filled with life with random and unexpected juxtapositions. His use of color and repetition leads his viewers through a new adventure in each panel.

Bio
Cutlip has exihibited at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and widely throughout the West Coast. His work is included in the collection of the Triton Museum of Art, Santa Clara, California and other public and privae collections. His work has also been included in New American Paintings.
